You will provide high-level technical support in personal insurance, LPP and property insurance (buildings, property, techniques, liability, etc). You will bring sharp expertise, in direct contact with insurers, clients and internal teams. Specialist Personal Insurance Your missions: Organization and management of annual LPP management commission sessions (contract information and professional pension plan news, reforms, etc) Personalized management according to contracts and client needs: monthly follow-up sessions and control of changes, ongoing cases, etc. Organization and management of presentation sessions for staff (French/English): general information on personal insurance, presentation of contractual changes Current management: projects, advice, presentation of comparisons (French/English) Pension analyses: presentation, explanations, discussions and advice to insured employees of client companies (French/English) Client advisor: active clients, setting up insurance for company employees arriving from abroad (French/English): property insurance, LAMal health insurance, etc Follow-up and customized management according to client needs and wishes Public Market: organization, follow-up and treatment: establishment of the call for tenders, follow-up of the call for tenders and questions, establishment of the comparison and decision-making report. Your profile Higher education in the field of insurance, or equivalent, with AFA certificate; Federal certificate an asset; Confirmed experience in the personal insurance & LPP branch; Mastery of office tools and insurance management software (such as Brokers, M-Files, MS Office, etc.); Excellent ability to popularize technical subjects, rigor, autonomy; Relational ease and team work spirit; Very good mastery of French and English; Place of work: Bulle Why join us?
