ICT System Engineer Operations 80-100 % St. Gallen or Kloten

You maintain complex Microsoft customer infrastructures and ensure secure, stable, and efficient operation. In doing so, you contribute your expertise to the further development of our IT systems and work closely with internal stakeholders and customers.

Your role ##

• Automating processes with ServiceNow (Java Skript) and Gitlab, Ansible AWX
• Further development of customer environments, On-Premise and Cloud environments
• Administration and operation of Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows 11
• Intune and SCCM administration for device and software control
• Construction and maintenance of server environments
• 2nd/3rd-level support including incident and problem management
• Maintenance of Windows server services (AD, DHCP, GPO, Printservice)
• Integration of new customer locations into the existing infrastructure
• Participation in IT projects for the further development of the system landscape
• Implementation of security policies and participation in on-call service

Your profile ##

• Completed IT training or comparable qualification (e.g., HF, FH, federal diploma)
• Powershell, Java Skript, Ansible
• Sound knowledge of Windows servers, clients, M365 and Azure
• Quick comprehension and high willingness to learn
• Enjoyment of customer consulting and professional appearance
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written (C1-level)
• Readiness for on-call availability and to work in dynamic environments
