What you can achieve

• As a service assistant, you manage the customer reception and you are one of the first contact persons for our customers
• You accept appointments via telephone, email, or directly at the customer reception
• You coordinate the customer service orders in the workshop
• You organize the resulting workshop appointments independently
• You create the customer orders according to specifications
• You support the customer service manager and customer service advisor
• By taking on additional assistant tasks as well as diverse administrative activities, you contribute significantly to a clear and efficient work structure in the team

What you bring with you

• You have completed training in the commercial field
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• You have very good PC and IT skills
• German is your native language
• You are familiar with using Microsoft Office programs
• You enjoy contact with people
• You have a confident, well-groomed, and winning appearance
• You have a friendly manner and a customer-oriented attitude
• You are a proactive, interested, and competent person
• You maintain an overview even in hectic times and ensure structure and clarity
• You like working in a team but can also develop tasks independently
