Your task ##

As a Project Manager, you will take on technical and organizational responsibility for various projects in the field of security and access solutions.

Your area of responsibility includes, in particular:

• Advising customers on technical issues and in the development of suitable security solutions
• Developing individual technical concepts and proposed solutions
• Creation and elaboration of offers and technical documentation
• Planning and coordination of project implementation
• Accompanying execution planning and technical realization
• Organization and coordination of installation, configuration, and commissioning work
• Support of projects in the field of access control, video surveillance, and other security technology systems
• Coordination of internal and external project participants
• Planning of required personnel and technical resources
• Deployment and schedule planning of assigned employees
• Monitoring of deadlines, quality, and project progress
• Carrying out or accompanying commissioning and functional tests
• Organization of a professional project handover to the clientele
• Maintenance of existing customer relationships throughout the entire project duration
• Support with technical clarifications and optimizations
• Ensuring a high quality of service and execution

Your profile ##

You have technical understanding, experience in project business, and enjoy working independently and in a structured manner.

Ideally, you bring the following requirements for this position:

• Basic technical training or a comparable qualification
• Further training in the field of project management for security systems is an advantage
• Ideally further training as a Project Manager for Security Systems (SES) or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the planning and implementation of technical projects
• Experience with security and building technology systems is an advantage
• Knowledge in the field of access control and/or video surveillance is an advantage
• Good technical understanding and the ability to quickly grasp complex relationships
• Experience in the coordination of various project participants
• Good organizational skills and strong awareness of deadlines
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• High sense of responsibility
• Confident handling of MS Office and common digital work tools
• Willingness to learn new software and system solutions
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Knowledge of another Swiss national language is an advantage
• Willingness for occasional assignments outside the usual place of work
• Driver's license category B
• Professional and customer-oriented appearance
