What awaits you Preparation and monitoring of offers for the various mandates Invoice proposals and documentation Updating the database (clients/locations/objects) Supplier orders and annual EBN Management of supplier invoices Guarantor of client documentation and team meetings Coordination of communication Teams/OM/FSM Time planning and validation of hours, monitoring of hour objectives Organization of holiday and sickness replacements Monitoring team training (on boarding) and organization of missing sessions Uniform supply Monitoring compliance with procedures by our employees (quality controls) Branch logistics What you bring Diploma or CFC as a commercial employee and/or continuing education in the administrative field Several years of proven experience in a similar position in the service sector French native language, perfect knowledge of English and German is an asset Excellent skills in IT tools (MS Office) Very good spelling and writing skills Comfort with numbers Sense of service and team spirit Ready for us?
