Head of Warehouse & Logistics

ECHOJAZZ AG, based in Kriens, develops, refines, and distributes high-performance acoustic absorbers made from recycled PET. With our products, we improve speech intelligibility as well as acoustic and visual well-being in offices, retail, restaurants and hotels, as well as in sports halls, schools, kindergartens, swimming pools and production facilities.

Our solutions combine acoustics, sustainability, design and simplicity at a high level. As a dynamic company with a focus on the European markets, we are continuously developing.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded, versatile and strong leadership personality as Head of Warehouse & Logistics.

Your tasks

In this role, you combine leadership responsibility with active commitment. You ensure that processes in the warehouse and shipping function efficiently and reliably, coordinate the interfaces to production and roll up your sleeves yourself when it counts.

Professional and personnel leadership of the logistics team with 3–5 employees
Planning, organization and continuous optimization of warehouse and shipping processes
Ensuring quality, punctuality and efficiency in daily business
Active participation in goods receipt, picking, assembly and shipping
Leadership, promotion and further development of employees
Ensuring occupational safety, order and cleanliness in the area of responsibility
Continuous improvement and further development of internal processes
Close cooperation with production and other internal interfaces

What you bring with you

Several years of professional experience in warehouse and logistics with leadership experience
Strong team and leadership competence as well as resilience, flexibility and assertiveness
Enjoyment in organizing, improving processes and rolling up your sleeves yourself
Independent, exact and structured way of working
High sense of quality and responsibility
Valid forklift license
