For our customer in Hölstein, we are looking for two immediately:

CNC Milling Machine Operator (m/f/d) 100 % – 2-shift operation

What awaits you:

• Independent setup, equipping, and operating of CNC-controlled milling machines and machining centers
• Ensuring a smooth production process in 2-shift operation
• Precise quality control of the manufactured workpieces regarding dimensional accuracy and quality
• Monitoring and optimization of the CNC manufacturing processes
• Independent troubleshooting of machine malfunctions as well as adjusting and correcting CNC programs
• Optimizing CNC programs, tools, and workflows
• Creating and maintaining tool lists as well as documenting manufacturing processes
• Active participation in process improvements and support in other production areas

What distinguishes you:

• Completed training as a polymechanic, CNC milling machine operator, machining mechanic, or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of professional experience in CNC milling, especially in the independent setup of CNC machining centers
• Good knowledge of CNC programming, ideally with Heidenhain or Fanuc
• Experience in precision manufacturing, preferably in medical technology or fine mechanics
• High quality awareness, technical understanding, and a precise way of working
