Deputy Team Leader Sales (m/f/d)

Since 1932, Zoppi has stood for high-quality watches, jewelry, and personal advice in the Churer Altstadt. We are looking for a dedicated personality who actively sells and takes responsibility for a well-organized daily sales routine.

Your tasks

• You advise our customers personally and competently and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• You support the sales management and, in their absence, take over the operational leadership of daily business.
• You conduct daily briefings, coordinate tasks and priorities, and support employees during demanding customer conversations.
• You keep an eye on open customer requests and agreed feedbacks and ensure reliable processing by the responsible persons.
• You coordinate customer appointments, collections, and handovers between sales, administration, and workshops.
• You pay attention to the quality of CRM entries and the implementation of our advisory and service standards.
• You work together with various internal specialist departments and support customer events.

Your profile

• Experience in high-end sales, ideally with watches or jewelry.
• Organizational skills, initiative, and a meticulous way of working.
• Enjoyment of personal customer relationships and a natural host mentality.
• A binding appearance and the ability to guide and support employees in everyday life.
• Initial leadership experience or the willingness to take on responsibility step by step.
• Interest in watches, jewelry, and craftsmanship as well as confidence in handling digital sales instruments.
