Your profile
A graduate in civil engineering, you have 5 to 10 years of experience in managing road and/or rail infrastructure projects.
Your expertise has allowed you to successfully lead multidisciplinary projects from the study phase to commissioning according to the Swiss standards applicable to road and rail infrastructure.
Thanks to your proven skills in the planning and coordination of complex works, you are capable of uniting a team around a common project while contributing to the training of juniors.
Your knowledge of the local Romand fabric and its key players allows you to collaborate with tact and diplomacy with all stakeholders of your projects (design offices, companies, authorities, residents).
Endowed with great flexibility, you are capable of anticipating risks and facing unforeseen events or complex situations.
Methodical and structured, you propose relevant, efficient, innovative, and environmentally friendly solutions.

You are responsible for the complete management of complex road and rail projects, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality and safety requirements.
