Producer Support: You are the central contact person for our grain producers and maintain active exchange with our customers. Quality Management: You are responsible for the professional acceptance, quality testing, storage, care, and marketing of the grain. Team Leadership: You lead, motivate, and promote your core team as well as the seasonal harvest helpers. Profitability: You monitor operational processes, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Experience: Several years of professional experience in the agricultural sector as well as ideally initial leadership experience. Personality: Strong organizational skills, resilient, and ready to perform flexible shifts (including on weekends) during the intensive harvest season.
