Your tasks ##

• Deputizing for the store management
• Support in personnel management & personnel planning of 10-20 employees
• Responsibility in the store and active support on the floor
• Implementation of customer orientation as well as sales standards in the store
• Merchandise planning and merchandise presentation

Your profile ##

• Several years of professional experience in sales or a similar environment
• Ideally completed vocational training in retail
• Leadership personality, ideally paired with initial experience
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Communication skills and joy in dealing with people
• Commitment, flexibility and resilience
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
