Responsibilities
Manage projects of load-bearing structures, from study to completion
Advise clients and accompany them in their transformation and new construction projects
Perform static calculations and dimensioning in accordance with current SIA standards
Coordinate different stakeholders and ensure the technical monitoring of mandates
Supervise and accompany employees involved in the projects
Develop the technical solutions most adapted to the needs of clients
Guarantee the quality of services as well as compliance with deadlines and costs
Actively participate in the technical and commercial development of the office
Profile
EPF or HES Civil Engineering degree, with a specialization in structures
Minimum 2 years of experience in an engineering office in Switzerland
Excellent mastery of SIA standards and structural calculation methods
Good mastery of SCIA Engineer, Cubus software as well as Microsoft Office tools
Analytical spirit, autonomy and excellent decision-making ability
Sense of responsibility, rigor and quality orientation
Interpersonal skills and taste for teamwork as well as client contact
