Construction / Project Manager in Structural Engineering 100%

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Construction / Project Manager in Structural Engineering in the Canton of Zürich Your field of activity: • Holistic responsibility for projects from the planning phase to handover • Leadership and coordination of the specialist planners and contractors involved in construction • Ensuring an optimal project and construction process • Creating protocols, construction schedules, cost assessments and tenders • Leading construction meetings, Jour Fixe and negotiations Your skills: • You have completed an apprenticeship or a degree in civil engineering and have sound experience as a Construction / Project Manager in structural engineering • You are familiar with Swiss standards of the construction trade • You possess a fundamental understanding of costs and their interdependencies • You are well acquainted with hectic everyday situations • Teamwork skills as well as good manners are part of your basics • An independent and structured way of working facilitates your daily routine They offer: • The opportunity to integrate your knowledge and skills into our company • Interesting and varied projects • We promote external and internal training and further education • Development opportunities within the company • 25 days of vacation as well as an additional afternoon for regional events • Flexible time and place of work allocation by arrangement
