To temporarily reinforce our team, we are looking for a personality who convinces with heart, humor, and attitude and will represent our activation specialist during her absence. The assignment starts by arrangement and lasts until 30 April 2027 – so enough time to really make a difference. If you enjoy strengthening, accompanying, and motivating people with a chronic mental impairment in their everyday lives, then we should get to know each other.

Your Mission

• Planning and implementing activation therapy – with ideas that really move.
• Creative, activating leisure activities that make the residents' everyday lives lively.
• Professionally leading and accompanying group and individual offers, whereby individual resources are strengthened and existing abilities are specifically promoted.
• Observing, documenting, and maintaining an overview.
• Thinking along with the team, helping to shape things, and setting accents with humor.

• Degree as an Activation Specialist HF or a comparable qualification? Check!
