Your tasks

• Independent processing of projects in all planning phases (SIA 108)
• Creation of plans, schemata, and detailed drawings (CAD / Plancal Nova)
• Preparation of tenders, submissions, and cost estimates
• Performance of calculations and dimensioning
• Coordination with other trades (HLKS)
• Execution / participation in specialist site management mandates

What you bring with you

• Training as a Building Services Planner: Sanitary EFZ
• Ideally initial professional experience in planning
• Good knowledge in CAD (Plancal Nova and Trimble Connect)
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• You think ahead, take responsibility, and enjoy working in a team
