For our client, an established fiduciary company with around ten employees in the Canton of Zug, we are looking for a dedicated personality as Mandatsleiter/in Treuhand mit Payroll (60-100%) as soon as possible or by arrangement. In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for demanding finance and payroll mandates and advise national as well as international clients. Your tasks with the new employer:

• Independent management of financial accounting including subsidiary ledgers as well as preparation of interim and annual financial statements according to OR
• Independent management of demanding payroll mandates including social security and withholding tax statements
• Responsibility for VAT declarations as well as performing annual reconciliations
• Advising and supporting national as well as international clients in all fiduciary matters

You offer your new employer:

• Completed further training in the fiduciary sector, for example as Treuhänder/in mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis, is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in the Swiss fiduciary sector as well as sound knowledge in finance, accounting, and payroll
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills for exchange with international clients
• Experience with Topal, Bexio, and Infoniqa or the willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with these systems
• Independent, structured, and service-oriented personality with enjoyment of direct customer contact
