Share What awaits you? ## • Professional and personnel leadership of the Credit Office team as well as promotion and further development of employees • Analysis, assessment, and approval of credit transactions in the private and corporate client segments within the competence regulations • Sparring partner for client advisors, bank management, and other stakeholders on complex financing, risk, and approval issues • Responsibility for monitoring credit risks, compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensuring high data quality • Responsibility for specialist topics in the credit area, participation in projects, and involvement in reporting to bank management and the Board of Directors What do you bring with you? ## • Banking training with higher professional training in finance or banking • Several years of sound experience in the credit business of a Swiss bank as well as proven competence in the private and corporate client business • Very good knowledge in the analysis, assessment, and management of credit risks as well as the relevant regulatory requirements • Leadership experience is an advantage • Experience in valuation as well as ideally knowledge in tools such as Wüest Dimensions
