Development Specialist (80–100% w/m)

What does my daily work at PMT look like? I,

• analyze investment projects and consistently assess properties as well as construction projects from the perspective of the owner.
• accompany and supervise construction projects in the various vessels of PMT – from development through planning to realization.
• support schedule, cost, and quality management and take over projects.
• prepare building law analyses and check the feasibility of projects.

o zoning compliance, utilization, permit feasibility, and project-relevant requirements.
o opportunities and risks from the perspective of the owner.

• lead and coordinate external service providers, planners, and specialists.
• participate in the tendering and awarding of planner and construction services.
• prepare decision-making bases for the management and the investors.

What do I need to bring for this? I,

• have an architecture or civil engineering background (FH/ETH) or a comparable education.
• ideally bring initial professional experience from planning, construction management, or project development.
• enjoy viewing real estate from the perspective of the owner and think entrepreneurially and economically.
• work independently, structured, and solution-oriented and appreciate short decision-making paths.
• speak and write stylish German.
