As of 1 September 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking in the area «Wohnen für Lernende" Social Pedagogue (60%) in the living and leisure environment ## Your new area of responsibility • Active co-shaping of the living, learning, and development space of the young people during the training phase (aged approx. 16 - 20 years) • Accompaniment, support, and promotion in everyday life, especially in the emotional and social area • On-site care three to four evenings per week • Ensuring telephone availability outside of care times • Collaboration with legal guardians, parents, and specialist agencies • Taking over case management for three young people, including writing progress reports • Shaping parent and relative consultation What you bring with you • Training at a school for Social Work or equivalent training • Stable personality with high professional competence • Joy in working in the residential sector with young people, their families, and employers • Interest in working with the competency orientation methodology KOSS • Flexible readiness for irregular working hours and weekend service We offer • A demanding, versatile pedagogical task • A professional environment that takes quality seriously and invests in further development • Case coaching • 7 paid training and workshop days on the competency orientation methodology KOSS • Further education is supported and is partly paid working time • Public transport connection - only 10 minutes walking from Winterthur station. In the residential groups, the young people are embedded in clear structures, reliable relationships, and a daily routine that provides security and opens perspectives. Our team works interdisciplinarily, resource-oriented, and with high professional diligence to strengthen the young people on their way to more independence - step by step and always together.
