Your tasks

• You are at the heart of the action with us, not just a spectator.
• You organize and coordinate university daily life, for example for timetables, preparation of courses or exams.
• You are the first person of contact on the telephone or at the counter and help students as well as collaborators.
• You support during meetings and in various administrative tasks.
• You work with different teams and discover many exciting areas.
• You take on responsibilities and can use your organizational talent on a daily basis.

Your profile

• You attend secondary school level A with good grades or level B with excellent grades.
• You like communicating and know how to express yourself well.
• You like organizing and sometimes maintain an overview even when it is busy.
• You like working in a team, are open to others and participate actively in an autonomous manner.
• Numbers and administrative tasks are part of your strengths.
