YOUR FUTURE MISSION

• Analyze the needs of municipal administrations and propose suitable solutions in the field of resident registration, cadastre, or contributions.
• Intervene in all phases of projects: scoping, configuration, deployment, change management, and evolutions.
• Collaborate closely with our support service to ensure the processing of requests and incidents as well as with our Development department for the follow-up of evolutions of our municipal software.
• Train, advise, and support users to guarantee the adoption of the implemented solutions.
• Knowledge of Innosolv City (a plus)

YOUR PROFILE

• Higher education (university or HES) in business informatics or equivalent.
• Analytical and synthesis skills to quickly understand business issues and propose suitable solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of customer service.
• Rigorous organization, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.
• Experience in the fields of resident registration, cadastre, or municipal contributions.
• Strong team spirit, taste for knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Knowledge in the field of taxes (a plus)
