For one of our clients in Genève we are looking for

A LOCKSMITHING PROJECT MANAGER

Your mission

• Ensure the complete management of locksmithing and metal construction projects, from study to completion
• Analyze client requests and establish offers, quotes and tenders
• Perform measurements and ensure the technical follow-up of projects
• Prepare the plans and documents necessary for the execution of works, in collaboration with the technical office
• Coordinate the different stakeholders: clients, architects, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams
• Plan and monitor works, deadlines, costs and execution quality
• Organize material orders and ensure the follow-up of deliveries
• Participate in site meetings and ensure regular communication with clients
• Control invoicing and budget compliance
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and current technical requirements

Your profile

• Technical training in the field of locksmithing, metal construction or training deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in managing projects in locksmithing or metal construction
• Very good technical knowledge of metal works and general locksmithing
• Experience in establishing quotes, tenders and site follow-ups
• Mastery of standard IT tools and, ideally, technical drawing software
• Sense of organization, autonomy and ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Team spirit, interpersonal skills and a keen sense of customer service
• Rigor, reliability, spirit of initiative and taste for well-done work
• Driver's license indispensable
• Swiss or benefiting from a valid work permit
