Job description – Assistant Cook / Assistant Sushi Restaurant (m/f/d) For our sushi restaurant, we are looking for a reliable and motivated assistant / assistant cook (m/f/d) with basic knowledge of sushi preparation. Your tasks: • Support in the preparation and making of sushi • Cutting and preparing vegetables and other ingredients • Preparing and checking orders • General support in the kitchen • Assistance with cleaning and tidying up work • Courier trips and deliveries if required • Support of the kitchen team in the daily workflow Your profile: • Basic knowledge of sushi preparation is an advantage • Experience in gastronomy is desirable • Reliable, clean and independent way of working • Ability to work in a team and resilience • Flexibility and enjoyment of working in a dynamic team • Driver's license is an advantage if courier trips are undertaken We offer: • A pleasant working environment in a motivated team • Varied tasks • Fair employment conditions • Opportunity to further develop your knowledge in the area of sushi We look forward to your application!
