This is what your everyday life looks like ##

• At the heart of it: You develop complex and modern software for our core systems and build high-quality JavaEE applications.
• Together with the team, you develop demanding solution variants and evaluate new approaches with prototypes. You also build automated tests and conduct code reviews.
• As a DevOps and Scrum team member, you are responsible for the entire lifecycle of your applications - from conception to operation.
• With Clean Code, Agentic Coding, Clean Architecture, TDD, BDD, and DDD, you develop solutions that convince today and still hold up tomorrow.
• In the Agile Release Train, you work according to the Lean-Agile mindset of SAFe. In doing so, you strengthen collaboration and drive continuous improvement.
• For the technical topics of an insurance company, you bring curiosity and expand your understanding of our domain step by step.

What you bring with you ##

• Most important first: You have at least five years of experience in agile software development with current Java technologies and enjoy complex tasks in the JEE environment.
• Java, JEE, Quarkus, SQL databases, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Cucumber are technologies and products that you are familiar with.
• Your passion is backend development. At the same time, you like to try out new technologies and frameworks.
• Native cloud solutions and modern DevOps environments are also familiar to you - from construction to stable operation.
• Training as an Informatiker/in EFZ or a degree in software development at a FH forms a good basis - we rely on your individual career path.
