Your tasks

• Acting as Servant Leader and Agile Coach for our agile teams
• Further developing processes and coordinating collaboration within the agile teams as well as in the entire Agile Release Train
• Supporting the team as a mentor to make the best possible contribution to the entire Value Stream
• Collaborating with the Product Owner, the team, RTE, the other Scrum Masters, the line organization, and other stakeholders
• Addressing, mitigating, tracking, and escalating risks, obstacles, and challenging situations
• Supporting the transformation in the role of Change Agent
• Contributing impulses for the further development of existing processes
• Promoting the acceptance of agile working methods and the agile mindset

Your profile

• Completed studies (Uni, FH, HF) in the field of business administration, (business) informatics, or a comparable education
• Initial experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe organization, ideally with corresponding further training (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master certification)
• Experience in the area of the digital workplace and with Microsoft 365 is an advantage
• Enjoyment in coaching people, teams, and organizations
• You convince with your responsible, reliable, and empathetic manner
• Very good German skills and strong moderation skills
