Assembler / Precision Operator - Watchmaking Components (M/F)

For one of our clients, active in the field of watchmaking subcontracting, we are looking for a particularly meticulous, precise, and manual-dexterous person to perform mise en bouclard tasks on delicate watchmaking components. Your tasks: • Perform mise en bouclard of small watchmaking parts and components • Attach and hold components using very fine wires • Carefully handle small, fragile, and delicate parts • Carry out operations requiring excellent dexterity and great precision • Respect working methods as well as quality requirements specific to the watchmaking field • Perform repetitive work while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency Your profile: • You possess excellent manual dexterity and are particularly comfortable with fine work • You are meticulous, precise, patient, and careful • You have very good eye-hand coordination • You are capable of handling very small elements with delicacy • You enjoy manual work requiring concentration, patience, and regularity • Experience in the watchmaking field is an asset, but not essential Particularly interesting profiles: • We are also open to people from trades requiring great manual dexterity, for example: • Seamstress / Tailor • Embroidery or work with fine threads • Jewelry making • Assembly of small parts • Precision artisanal work A person who has worked in sewing could notably present a very interesting profile due to their habit of handling threads, performing fine and precise movements, and working with patience on small elements. The main criterion for this position is above all excellence in manual dexterity and precision of movement.
