This is what your daily routine looks like ## • To the heart of the matter: You prepare physical and digital customer documents exactly and efficiently for digitization. • You classify performance records and documents from customer contact in a structured manner and reliably forward them to the right places. • Structured and repetitive tasks are your thing, and even with constant activities, you work carefully. • With your high service standard and your pronounced quality awareness, you make a significant contribution to sustainable customer satisfaction. • When it comes to further developing processes, you always think one step ahead and drive innovations forward. • Good to know: In this position, you have no direct customer contact and can concentrate fully on your tasks.
