What awaits you: In this exciting role, you ensure that air freight shipments find their way to their destination smoothly and on time. You are the central interface between customers, airlines, and partners – and you keep control of both the overview and the details.

Your tasks: Independent processing and organization of international air freight shipments; Creation of all relevant shipping and customs documents; Communication with customers, airlines, and partners worldwide; Proactive monitoring of shipments – you recognize problems before they arise; Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and quality standards; Close cooperation with internal teams for a seamless process; Maintenance of shipment and cost data in the system; Contact person for customers regarding questions about their air freight shipments

What you bring with you: Completed training in the field of freight forwarding and logistics services; Professional experience in air freight processing desirable; Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form (absolutely required); Customer-oriented thinking and a confident appearance; Flexibility, team spirit, and a structured way of working; Further language skills? Always a plus!
