• Accompanying residents towards the greatest possible self-determination and competent participation in various areas of life
• Taking over areas of responsibility in the department and residential house
• Participation in projects and specialist groups within Brändi
• Contact with specialist agencies and the social environment
• Completion of administrative and organizational tasks

• Specialist in Care EFZ, Specialist in Health EFZ
• Committed personality with interest in personal and professional development
• Team player with composure, humor and assertiveness
• Good organizational skills and experienced handling of digital tools
• Readiness for flexible working in day, evening, weekend and on-call services
