Application Manager Abacus Bau und Werkhof 50-100% (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

• Operation, monitoring and further development of the ERP landscape with a main focus on Abacus Bau/Werkhof and other applications
• Support in incident and problem management (collaboration in 2nd-level support)
• Collaboration in digitalization and ERP projects
• Collaboration on releases and updates
• Ensuring data quality
• Controlling external partners and service providers

Your profile:

• Training in informatics, business informatics or a business administration background with IT affinity
• Sound knowledge of Abacus (AbaBau, Projektverwaltung, SVM, ABEA, AbaPoint)
• Experience in customizing, process mapping and module support
• Fluent German skills are required. French skills are a big plus.
• Knowledge of ITIL, project or change management is an advantage
• Strong process understanding and analytical thinking
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and teamwork skills
