Elevator Maintenance Technician - "Seeland" Region (Bienne and surroundings)

As a member of our after-sales service team, you are at the heart of the life of our installations and are responsible for the following missions:

• Ensure the maintenance and troubleshooting of a network of installations
• Develop and maintain the bond of trust with our clientele by offering them a high-quality professional service
• Act as the link between our clientele and our various services
• Follow maintenance plans and ensure the performance of our installations
• Provide an on-call service approximately every 5 weeks

Your background and talents:

• You hold a CFC in a technical field (mechanics, electricity, automation,…)
• You demonstrate several years of practice in the elevator field
• Your place of residence allows you to reach Bienne in 30 minutes
• You possess a driver's license
• Of an enterprising and friendly nature, you organize yourself easily and know how to work autonomously
• You communicate with ease and are attentive to the needs of our clients
• You operate through anticipation and planning
