Social Pedagogical Specialist (or experienced caregiver) for WOE and holiday services Your field of activity - What to expect • You care for and accompany children and young people in our residential groups on weekends and during school holidays. • You shape the daily life of the residential groups and support the children and young people as a reliable reference person. Your profile - What you bring • You have completed training in the pedagogical field or bring experience in the care of children and young people. • You enjoy taking on responsibility and keep a cool head even in turbulent times. • Changing settings and night or weekend shifts do not frighten you - on the contrary, you see them as a chance for variety and new experiences.
