For over 80 years, our experienced and passionate employees have been placing their expertise at the disposal of our clientele. Today, we wish to complete our teams in La Tour-de-Peilz and are looking for our future colleague.
Your future mission consists of ensuring all tasks related to the management of a portfolio of buildings, entrusted by institutional clients and located in the La Tour-de-Peilz region:
Relations with owners, tenants and artisans/contractors
Coordination of rental activities and technical management with an assistant
Regular analysis and monitoring of the portfolio, vacancies and relocations
Technical monitoring of buildings, monitoring of maintenance subscriptions, claims management, control and coordination of works, control and monitoring of invoices and budgets
Carrying out move-in/move-out inspections and coordination of the exit process
Checking the accuracy of the financial situations of the mandates (management/heating statements)
Management of complex files and representation of owners before authorities
Supervision of apprentices and coordination/monitoring of their training
Your profile:
Experience in the same function in Switzerland
Good knowledge of tenancy law and building technology
Administrative and organizational rigor
Commercial sense, comfortable in communication, contacts and negotiation
Open, dynamic and positive personality
Interest in administrative work as well as in building technology
Proficiency in common office tools
Good spelling and writing skills
Driver's license / private vehicle
