Machining Methods Technician (M/F)

Your mission

As part of the reinforcement of its teams, our client is looking for a Machining Methods Technician (M/F). You will be responsible for designing, developing and optimizing machining sequences and programs, while supporting their implementation and improvement on the production equipment. Your main responsibilities will be as follows: - Define and optimize machining sequences, taking into account the machining strategy, quality requirements, cycle times and tool wear. - Participate in the industrialization of new products and processes, as well as the formalization of reference states. - Plan and conduct production trials in collaboration with partner departments, then ensure the writing of associated reports. - Guarantee technical support to the production teams and ensure a field presence allowing for the support of machining activities. - Sustain and formalize professional know-how through the writing of instructions and the management of the site's references.

Your profile

Profile: - Holder of a CFC in Polymécanicien, completed by a HES Engineer degree / ES Technician in microtechnique or equivalent. - Solid skills in machining on CNC machines, notably in programming and milling. - Mastery of the operation and setting of CNC machines, as well as their interfaces. - Good knowledge of CAD/CAM software and mastery of ISO programming. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams. - Spirit of initiative, autonomy, rigor, taste for the field and good analysis and synthesis skills.
