The Fachstelle conducts external evaluations of regular and special schools. To complete our team, we are looking for a specialist for the evaluation of regular and special schools (60%; after two years with an option for 75%) starting August 1, 2027 or by arrangement. Your tasks include the planning, implementation and evaluation of external school assessments as well as feedback and reporting to the schools and school authorities. Established working tools are available to you in rotating teams of two to four people. For this demanding task, we expect a teaching diploma, a university degree or a comparable basic education. Additional training as well as in-depth experience in the areas of school/organizational development or quality management are required. Professional qualifications in the field of special education or remedial pedagogy, in the field of kindergarten or in school leadership are an advantage. You bring profound knowledge of compulsory education and the education system and ideally have knowledge and experience in the area of evaluation procedures and methods. Excellent oral and written language competence, excellent organizational and teamwork skills as well as good IT skills are also required.
