The most important points in brief The position is suitable for flexible and independent colleagues with completed specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy who enjoy in-depth, psychotherapeutically oriented treatment of people with depression. In this position, together with the Head of Nursing and a specialist psychologist, you will take over the medical-therapeutic, organizational, and conceptual management of the specialized ward for people with depressive illnesses with around 25 inpatient therapy places. You supervise and promote assistant physicians and actively participate in the professional and conceptual further development of the department. In addition, you participate in the implementation and further development of modern, evidence-based antidepressant treatment offers (pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy in individual and group settings) and participate in clinic-wide tasks and projects. Together with the other senior physicians and specialist physicians, you form the senior medical staff of the Privatklinik. In the course of the further development of our clinic, there is also the possibility, with appropriate qualification and suitability, to occupy the position in the future as a deputy chief physician. Furthermore, there is the possibility of private medical outpatient activity within the clinic.
