We are looking for someone who rethinks our paid strategy, makes it clearer, and delivers measurable results. As an SEA & Campaign Manager, you have the scope to fundamentally rethink campaigns. Not managing what exists, but real design. Your area of responsibility You have a sense for which message reaches which target group - and via which channel. Your area of responsibility primarily includes: Development and further development of the paid media strategy (channel selection, budget allocation, target group definition) for Switzerland and Germany Planning, implementation and optimization of campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms Rethinking campaigns: developing concepts, tapping into target groups, communicating messages in new ways and using test formats Ongoing performance monitoring and reporting with a focus on lead generation, reach and awareness Market observation and active derivation of campaign ideas based on trends and competitive analyses What you bring to our team Are you communicative, curious and an absolute team player?
