For the operational management of our tourist site, we are looking for: Operations & Planning Manager (M/F) 100 % Your role As part of the site management team, you are the person who organizes daily life: with our Shop, Reception, Events and Catering managers, you plan the resources of all teams, including guides, you coordinate daily operations and you evolve our seasonal models to the rhythm of new offers. You are also in the field as duty manager. You unite and grow our team of managers -- a motivated team, with whom you strengthen the structure and culture of the site. Assortment, offering, partnerships and marketing are driven by your management colleagues -- together, you make every visit a success.
