Your tasks

• Deliver payment orders and threats of bankruptcy as well as execute seizures, combined with security measures on site
• Decide on the seizability / non-seizability of movable and immovable assets as well as of claims and prepare legal orders
• Monitor incoming payments
• Serve customers at the counter, on the telephone and on site (debtors, creditors, employers, etc.)
• Independent organization in the area of seizures and associated administrative work

Your profile

• Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training
• Ability to perceive customers in their thoughts and feelings while maintaining one's own competence for action and negotiation
• Excellent German skills (C2), good oral French skills and/or English are an advantage
• Independent and responsible personality with organizational talent
• Confident appearance and good ability to assert oneself
• Impeccable reputation (no debt enforcement proceedings)
• Driver's license B as well as own vehicle for field service activity
