The Service Intégration is a multidisciplinary service composed of 30 people distributed across five areas. The Service's mission is to promote the sustainable professional and social integration of refugees. Professionals support beneficiaries individually and in groups in order to assess their needs and skills, develop personalized measures, and coordinate work with other services and external partners. To support the early childhood area team, the Service Intégration is looking for, for a fixed term, one or two early childhood socio-educational assistants (ASE). The schedules and opening hours of the daycare are as follows: Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The daycare is closed from to and from to Your tasks * Contribute to the smooth running, planning, and dynamics of the daycare * Participate in the management of registrations * Welcome children and their parents, and actively support them in the separation process * Organize and lead various recreational and creative activities * Manage routine purchases (snacks, activity material, other supplies) * Live and apply the pedagogical concept of the reception structure on a daily basis * Offer a secure, educational, and stimulating framework * Participate in the supervision of daycare assistants and interns * Participate in team meetings Our requirements * Diploma as a socio-educational assistant (ASE) and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position * Excellent ease in relations with children from 6 months to 8 years and their families * Very good organizational and communication skills * Ability to work with a group of 20 children in a multicultural context * Ability to adopt a benevolent professional posture and demonstrate irreproachable work ethics * Strong sense of responsibility and professional rigor, particularly regarding childcare and protection * Perfect mastery of French; knowledge of other languages is an asset * The submission of ordinary and special extracts from the criminal record will be required before starting work.
