Senior Major Projects Project Manager at 80-100% - (F/M) – Yverdon

Under the leadership of the Major Projects Manager, you lead the "Study and Realization" part of strategic infrastructure projects. You ensure the monitoring of costs, deadlines, quality, safety and risks, direct and coordinate the commissioned private offices and the successful bidders, and organize safety during works to guarantee reliable and safe operation. You analyze mandates from the angle of risks, anticipate measures to be taken, prepare reporting for the Management and maintain quality relationships with sponsors and external partners. As a manager, you collaborate with all Managements, participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the success of structuring projects for the region.

HES or university engineer, or benefiting from a training deemed equivalent, you have completed training in project management and justify at least 5 years of experience as a project manager, in the railway field or in the industrial environment. You have good knowledge of railway technology and master the management of large-scale multidisciplinary projects. A CAS in railway technology as well as knowledge of public procurement (LMP/OMP/AIMP), of the OCF, of the OPAPIF, of directives and of the RTE constitute assets. Possessing a keen sense of planning and organization, you are recognized for your rigor, your ability to synthesize and clear and precise communication. Your listening skills and openness allow you to negotiate and obtain the support of various partners on complex subjects.
