• 08 July 2026 • 30 - 40% • Indeterminate duration • reller 22, 1800 Vevey You want to invest in the well-being of children? -Intercommunal Association of the Corsier Circle Childhood and Youth (ASICC) is putting up for competition the position of CARETAKER / UAPE ASSISTANT *16.5h/week, i.e. 33% annualized* Your mission: Under the responsibility of the Pedagogical Direction, you contribute to the proper functioning of the structure by ensuring mainly caretaking tasks while providing support for the supervision of children. Caretaking (main function): • Setting up tables for meals and snacks; • Preparation, control and distribution of meals in respect of hygiene rules and special diets; • Dressing plates and preparing snacks; • Cutting fruits and other simple food preparations; • Clearing, storing and cleaning after meals; • Daily maintenance of the kitchen and used spaces; • Waste management, sorting and composting; • Control and storage of deliveries; • Participation in the management of food and equipment stocks; • Application of hygiene and food safety rules; • Participation in various logistical tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the structure • Ensuring good circulation of information with the educational team and management. Educational support: • Accompanying children during different moments of the day (meals, transitions, reception, activities, outings) while ensuring their safety and well-being; • Ensuring the well-being, safety and comfort of children; • Participating in the supervision of groups under the supervision of the educational team; • Supporting the team in organizing and tidying up living spaces; • Fostering a benevolent and respectful atmosphere with children; • Collaborating actively with the educational team and management. Your profile: • Marked interest in working with school-age children; • Experience in the field of caretaking, collective catering, early childhood or animation (an asset); • Ease in practical and organizational tasks; • Sense of responsibility, autonomy and rigor; • Ability to work in a team and adapt to the needs of the service; • Good physical condition allowing for light handling and accompanying children; • Knowledge of hygiene and food safety rules (an asset); • Benevolent, reliable, dynamic and discreet attitude; • Mastery of spoken French.
