Social Educator

Social Educator ES (M/F) at 80% in CDI

Your missions

As part of your role, you will notably be required to:

• accompany residents in their daily lives, by promoting their autonomy and personal projects;
• support and propose individualized support, according to the specific needs of the residents;
• propose and lead activities adapted to their fulfillment;
• organize and participate in educational, intersectoral and interdisciplinary networks;
• collaborate with the team, the Management, partners as well as legal representatives.

Your profile

We are looking for a person possessing:

• a diploma as a social educator ES (required). For persons having diplomas obtained outside of Switzerland, an official equivalence/recognition is required.
• a minimum of 2 to 4 years of professional experience, ideally in the social, medico-social, institutional or psychiatric field;
• the ability to set a clear, human and respectful framework;
• ease in professional writing, administrative tasks and network work;
• autonomy, good organizational skills, adaptability, flexibility and a good team spirit;
• good communication skills;
• availability to work according to varied schedules, notably on weekends;
• a driver's license.
