Pflegefachperson HF / FH (40-100%) Workload selectable, no split shifts Your versatile tasks are: You are active in direct care and, in complex care situations, you undertake the consultation and guidance of customers, relatives and employees You perform needs assessments using the InterRAI instrument (Assumption of the costs for the InterRAI further training by RegioSpitex Limmattal) As a case manager, you are responsible for the planning and implementation of the nursing process for your customers You play an active role in cooperation with the caring, interdisciplinary network and coordinate the corresponding services for your customers You bring with you: You have a degree as Dipl.
