Responsibilities ## • Welcoming clients and managing telephone calls. • Ensuring email management, organization of administrative documents, scanning and archiving. • Coordinating appointments and managing administrative support for the Management. • Assisting the team in the preparation of reports and presentations. • Maintaining effective communication with clients and partners. • Basic accounting entry on accounting software (Crésus) and document management • Management of our clients' tax documents (reception, collection and control). Qualifications ## • Training in administration or equivalent experience in a similar role. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Mastery of IT tools (MS Office, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook). • Knowledge of the Crésus accounting program would be an advantage. • Good mastery of written French with writing skills. • Ability to work autonomously and in a team. • Professional attitude and sense of customer service.
