Clerk / Secretary, 50 % #

What awaits you ##

• Support of the school secretariat «Campus Charlottenfels» in Neuhausen (Mon-Fri morning)
• Contact point for apprentices, students, and teachers of the Campus Charlottenfels
• Administration of the Höhere Fachschule Pflege
• Room reservation and guest support in Schloss Charlottenfels
• General administrative tasks
• Receiving external lecturers

What you bring with you ##

• Completed training as Kauffrau / Kaufmann EFZ or corresponding professional experience
• Experience in the reception, administration, or service sector
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment in dealing with young people and teachers
• IT affinity and interest in further developing existing solutions
• Enjoyment in organizing and coordinating
• High quality awareness and impeccable German skills both in speaking and writing
