The Foundation for Work is the carrier of the entire corporate group and is committed to an attractive, permeable and entrepreneurially managed offer in social and professional integration from Chur to Biel. It bears the strategic responsibility for the implementation and further development of the integration models of the operational subsidiaries Plus34 AG, Dock Group AG, gadPlus AG, Port34 AG and WeGe8 AG. Plus34 AG offers the entire group centralized services such as financial/HR services, management processes, QM processes and educational offers. In total, we accompany over 1500 employees and participants in our offers every year. For PORT Wattwil, we are looking for a Course Leader Application Competence and Work Integration (60-100%) Your tasks • Leadership of application trainings for different target groups • Conveying practical knowledge of job search, application dossier and interview • Individual support and consulting or job coaching of participants • Promotion of digital basic competencies and support with online applications • Support in the development and implementation of professional perspectives Your profile • SVEB certificate Trainer (Level 1) or comparable qualification • Experience in work integration, job coaching, adult education or personnel consulting • Enjoyment of working with people in different life situations • High social competence, empathy and communication strength • Knowledge of the Swiss labor market is an advantage • Secure handling of digital work tools • Independent and structured way of working What we offer: • A meaningful and varied activity • The opportunity to support people sustainably on their way into the labor market • A committed team with short decision-making paths • Modern infrastructure and contemporary employment conditions • Support for further education • Workplace near the train station Have we aroused your interest?
