Lawyer (60%-100%) With over 40'000 members, HEV is the competence center for real estate and representative of house, apartment and land owners in the canton of Aargau. We advise on legal and construction issues, evaluate and mediate properties, and offer templates, brochures, and literature on real estate topics. You will join our five-person legal team as a competent and integral personality in the function of Lawyer (60%-100%) Limited until 2027 Entry possible immediately or by agreement Your responsibilities will include: You will represent and accompany our clients in tenancy law, condominium ownership law, contract and purchase law, neighbor law, and in proceedings related to these areas of law. After an introduction by your colleagues, you will process your mandates completely independently, with superiors and team members always available for advice. In addition, this varied activity includes the following areas of responsibility: You will create and review contracts in the field of real estate and write written opinions. You will alternately care for the hotline for brief telephone consultations with your team colleagues for our members. You will personally conduct rental property inspections on site. You will chair condominium owners' meetings. You will write specialist articles in our magazine «Wohnwirtschaft» with over 40‘000 readers. You will give lectures at trade fairs and other events. Your profile: You have a completed degree in law (MLaw or lic. iur.) and an interest in private law issues. You have professional experience with independent management of mandates, ideally in connection with real estate. You can quickly identify complex facts and communicate them in a way that is easy for the recipient to understand. You work in a solution-oriented manner with a focus on the essentials. You show calmness and negotiating skills, even in demanding times. You think in a service-oriented manner and have an interest in interdisciplinary work. You enjoy working on new areas of law.
