What you can contribute

• Ensure the service, monitoring, control, and adjustment of technical installations (heating, air conditioning, filters, ventilation, water and energy supply), control all technical installations, ensuring safety and proper functioning
• Execute maintenance, upkeep, cleaning, repair, and revision work
• Establish lists of defects and billing documents for damaged or lost material
• Monitor and perform outdoor landscaping work, including salting and snow removal
• Ensure the maintenance of assigned shooting ranges and instruction facilities (access barriers, installation, tidying up)

• Vocational training in technology, construction, horticulture, or practical experience in building or outdoor space maintenance, machine maintenance, or the building industry
• Fast and conscientious working method, flexibility, and availability for on-call services, patrols and interventions outside of working hours and special engagements on air bases
• Category B driver's license and good IT knowledge
• Team spirit, customer focus, and sense of customer service
