Carpenter for construction management in facade construction

Activity

• Planning and controlling the assembly processes on the construction sites including all necessary facilities
• Monitoring compliance with work and construction schedules during the project progress
• Ensuring the timely provision of materials, components as well as operating and auxiliary equipment
• Control of schedule, cost, quality and quantity parameters
• Organization and management of subcontractors on the construction site as well as ensuring occupational safety and health protection

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in metal or structural engineering
• Several years of experience in the construction management of facade projects
• Technical expertise in facade construction and ideally leadership experience
• Excellent organizational skills as well as reliable and solution-oriented working
• Confident communication skills towards various interlocutors with fluent German skills
